Shipping policy

Where we ship

Flip Manufacturing ships from our warehouse at 4410 Ed Rutherford Dr., Greenville, Texas 75402 to the contiguous United States and Canada. Canada shipments have additional shipping costs and longer delivery times, with available services and rates shown at checkout. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other international destinations.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on every order within the contiguous United States. Canada shipments have additional shipping charges. Available services and prices, including expedited options when offered, appear at checkout.

Processing time

In-stock orders placed before 3 PM Central Time (America/Chicago), Monday–Friday excluding holidays, normally ship the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays normally ship the next business day. Check the product page for any different lead time.

Delivery time

Standard shipping within the contiguous United States typically arrives within 3–7 business days after shipment. Canada shipments take longer. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking

We email tracking information when a shipping label is created. A tracking number may appear before the carrier receives or scans the package. Check spam or promotions folders if the email is missing.

Lost, stolen, or damaged packages

For a lost package, contact our team when tracking indicates a delivery problem. For a stolen or damaged package, contact us within seven days of delivery. Include your order number and, for damage, photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. Keep the original packaging while we review the claim.

Address changes

Contact our team as soon as possible if you need to change a shipping address. Changes cannot be guaranteed once processing begins, and we cannot change the address after shipment.
