Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship from our warehouse at 4410 Ed Rutherford Dr., Greenville, TX 75402 to addresses within the contiguous United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or international destinations.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on every order. Expedited shipping is available at checkout for an additional charge.

Processing time

Orders placed before 3:00 PM Central Time, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), typically ship the same business day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM CT, on weekends, or on holidays ship the next business day.

Delivery time

Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days after the order ships. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Lost, stolen, or damaged packages

If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we will make it right.

Address changes

If you need to change the shipping address on an order, contact us as soon as possible. We are unable to change the address once the order has shipped.
