Sorry the part didn't work out — here's how we'll make it right. Texas-based team, real human reply, prepaid label on us.
Our return policy
- 60-day window. Any part purchased directly from flipmfg.com can be returned within 60 days of delivery.
- No restocking fee, prepaid return shipping if the part doesn't fit, doesn't perform, or arrived damaged.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after we receive the part.
- Bought through Amazon or eBay? Please start the return inside that platform's order page — their workflow is separate from ours and starting it there is faster.
What happens after you submit this form
- We reply within one business day (Mon–Fri, 9 AM–2 PM CST) with a prepaid USPS return label and instructions.
- You drop the part in any USPS bin or location using the label we send.
- Once it's back with us, we process the refund or replacement within one business day.
Haven't heard from us in one business day? Check your spam and promotions folders first — our replies sometimes land there. If it's still not visible, text us at 903-320-4519 with the order number you submitted and we'll handle it directly. Don't refile this form — that creates duplicates and slows things down.
For damaged parts: include a photo of the damage with your submission below (or text it to 903-320-4519 after submitting). Keep the original packaging — the carrier may need it for the damage claim.
