60-day returns, any reason

At Flip Manufacturing, any part purchased directly from flipmfg.com can be returned within 60 days of delivery, for any reason. There is no restocking fee, and we provide a free prepaid return label — whether the part doesn't fit, doesn't perform, or arrived damaged.

How to start a return

Start your return at flipmfg.com/pages/returns-two, or text us at 903-320-4519 — in most cases we’ll send a prepaid return label right away. Once we receive the item, your refund is issued to the original payment method within a few business days.
