About this replacement part

Flip Manufacturing 708045 is an aftermarket angle cylinder bracket set for compatible John Deere 54-inch snow blade assemblies. The pair replaces bracket part numbers AM31368 and AM31369 and provides the mounting points for the blade's hydraulic angling cylinder.

What's included

  • Two replacement mounting brackets: one AM31368-style bracket and one AM31369-style bracket.
  • The bolts, nuts and washers shown in the product photos.

The hydraulic cylinder, hoses, fittings and snow blade are not included. This is a bracket set, not a complete hydraulic angling conversion kit.

Blade compatibility

Verified application: John Deere 420 and 430 tractors equipped with the compatible 54-inch front blade hydraulic-angling assembly. Deere parts catalog PC1936 lists AM31368 and AM31369 in the hydraulic angling diagram for 420 and 430 tractors.

Deere's older PC1079 front blade catalog also lists this bracket pair in its hydraulic angling kit diagram. For an older blade, match both bracket numbers in the attachment's parts diagram and compare the mounting pattern with these photos. Tractor model and blade width alone are not enough to confirm fit. Check the blade identification plate and any serial-number notes in its parts catalog.

AM31368 / AM31369 versus BM15149

AM31368 and AM31369 identify the two brackets. BM15149 identifies the hydraulic angling kit, which contains additional components. Use BM15149 only to identify the related assembly; this product does not replace the complete kit.
