No. Flip Manufacturing 212032 is the AM118796 / AM147174, 8 mm body-pin version. Do not order it for an AM123017 / AM147176 application.

Will it fit every 425, 445 or 455?

No. Check two-wheel steering, the 8 mm cylinder-body pin and the serial limits: 425 before 051999, 445 before 051045 and 455 before 050089.

What should I send for a fitment check?

The John Deere 425 steering cylinder works flawlessly

The John Deere 425 steering cylinder works flawlessly. However, The tapered bolts on the ball joints are slightly different tapers and don't go in completely shear. No big problem really. If things can be tightened further over time that would be fine. The existing Roll Pin on the John Deere is approx. .300 or 7.5 mm (I believe) which is too lose for the Flip replacement, But a 5/16" roll pin thru a local tool supplier is a perfect interference fit. The grease zerk on the steering plate side of the part could use a 45 or 90 degree zerk, since it can barely be cleared from the frame to be greased. No worries though, A great price to performance product.
