FLIP 705600 is an aftermarket replacement for the 398914 female half of the PTO shaft on listed Grasshopper deck and attachment drives. The assembly combines the receiving sleeve, universal joint and splined quick-release coupler shown in the photos.

Different shaft required: decks 3472, 3472R and 3572R call for 398918. That is a different sleeve configuration, not an equivalent reference for this listing.

No. This listing supplies one female half with its U-joint and quick-release coupler. The male half is FLIP 706942. FLIP 708038 includes one of each half.
Does 705600 replace 398918 for a 3472, 3472R or 3572R deck?
No. Those decks call for the different 398918 sleeve configuration. FLIP 705600 is the 398914 female half. Check your original part number and deck diagram before ordering.
