Great customer service.

I received the part quickly, it was well packaged and as described, fit well. After I installed it and started using the mower, the part froze. I contacted the customer service department, they were genuinely apologetic and quickly shipped me a new part- not hassle at all. While the first failed part was unpleasant, I was very impressed at how quickly they made it right. New part received in less than two days, and it works as it should.

I am very pleased at the fantastic customer service. I would not hesitate to use them again!

The only thing that wasn't great about the part: The grease fitting sticks straight up, unlike the OEM fitting that is at a 45 degree angle. This fitting is metric, and a little smaller, so the old grease fitting could not be used. Once installed. you would have to take the pulley back off to grease it with the supplied fitting.
