Returns are not only easy we also pay for the shipping back to us. Our goal is to give you 100% confidence when ordering from Flip Manufacturing.

Refund/Return Policy:

  • If you are not 100% happy with your order for any reason, just go through our easy 3 step return process to print out a FREE return label to mail it back to us.
  • Items must be in:
    • New and unused condition original packaging
    • Include all tags and manuals
    • (Please do not assemble, install, or modify the product in any way).
  • Recommendations when returning an order:
    • Getting a tracking number when you send a return back
    • Packing the item with the original packaging 
  • Refunding an order:
    • Refunds will be issued to the same payment method originally used to place the order.
    • (If you have any questions about your return, you can use our live chat to ask any questions.)

How long will it take to receive my refund?

  • Our goal is to refund your order as soon as we receive the item back. Some refunds can take up to 5 to 10 business days before it is credited back to your account. If you have sent back an item and would like to know the return status just chat with us in the bottom right.


Used & Installed Parts:

    • For the purposes of this policy, electrical parts are considered installed when the wires, and or harnesses are attached.
    • Electrical parts that have been plugged-in but have not had power applied to them are still classified as having been installed and do not qualify for return.
    • Gas components include, but are not limited to, items such as fuel pumps, fuel baffles, petcock. These items cannot be returned if the gas lines or electrical connectors have been attached.


Damaged / Incorrect / Missing Items:

  • If your order was damaged, is incorrect or is missing an item(s), please notify customer service by using the live chat as soon as possible, so we can get you taken care of.

Free Shipping:

  • All orders get fast free shipping, with no order minimums.

Shipping Time Frame:

  • All orders placed before 3:00 PM CST will be shipped the same day, any orders after 3:00 PM CST will be shipped the following business day.
