Gear box fits John Deere X720, 54C mower deck perfectly. Its only been a week but so far all is good. Been mowing lawns and deck works like new again.

I installed upper hood, front bumper, and the foam insulator onto the lower hood that I purchased. They fit like a glove.

After researching all of the after market upper and lower hoods I paid about $100 more for this particular set than Flip's competition. The parts fit perfectly and appears to be of the same quality and weight as the OEM . I highly recommend this item. And delivery was only a few days and both pieces where shrink wrapped and protected.

Good price Good quality, collar on old shaft froze up, replacement was about 1/2 of new shaft from jd , only advice I would give , is clean the paint off the shaft as needed, I didn't and was hard to get the shaft to slide to connect
