This aftermarket gearbox shaft pinion rebuild kit is made for the cutter gearbox system on compatible John Deere equipment. It replaces the main pinion shaft and bevel gear components that carry power through the gearbox when the original gear set is worn, damaged, or noisy.
Built to match OEM
The kit is built around a 15 tooth pinion shaft and a 22 tooth bevel gear for the Iberica gearbox type made in Spain. The gear set is machined to match the original-style tooth count, shaft layout, and gearbox fit so the repaired unit goes back together as intended.
Installation
Installation requires gearbox removal and teardown, so plan on normal shop tools and the equipment service manual for setup checks. No cutting or welding is intended; the parts are made as direct replacement rebuild components for the matching gearbox.
